Quiet alternative to a hotel - Furzen Farmhouse

A Wonderful and Authentic English Countryside Experience Positive: From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. The correspondence before our visit, on the day of arrival, and afterwards was incredibly helpful, with clear instructions provided throughout. The house itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. Our room had stunning views, and the bedding was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The property also has horse stables with beautiful horses, which added to the unique countryside atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting our host, Andy, who shared the fascinating history of the house. Learning that the property is over 300 years old made our stay even more special. My cousins, who were visiting from Sri Lanka, absolutely loved this authentic English experience. We stayed for one night while visiting the Cotswolds and wished we had booked longer. The large garden and peaceful surroundings deserved much more time to enjoy and explore. A special mention to the hosts for thoughtfully providing local maps and leaflets. Thanks to their recommendations, we discovered Cirencester Park, which is a must-visit attraction nearby. A truly memorable stay with wonderful hosts. Highly recommended, and we would love to return! Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Furzen Farmhouse is absolutely beautiful. From the beautiful scenery to the stunning home, we couldn't of ask for a better place to stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and all facilities very clean. Would strongly recommend staying here while visiting the Cotswolts.

Granja hermosa en Catswolds Positive: Una bonita experiencia en la zona de Cotswolds.. Una granja con vistas increíbles y caballos hermosos… Cerano a los pueblos típicos turísticos me hubiera gustado pasar todo el fin de semana pero íbamos de paso a un viaje largo, el anfitrión muy atento y con recomendaciones de lugares alrededor. El departamento para nosotros 5 adultos mi familia. Negative: Lo que no está bien es que pidan un depósito de £250 mandándote a un link que la verdad no está bien visto ya que la plataforma de Booking los debe proteger para cualquier desperfecto. Además de que el horario máximo de check in es a las 9pm si es después te cobrarán £40.. deben cuidar esos detalles pero no demerita la bonita estancia que pasamos.

Positive: It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our night away! The lounge was perfect for 10 of us and the dining area was good for sitting down for a meal together. The location was very good! The property was easy to find. Negative: I wouldn’t change anything!
